Please submit payment at the time of order unless otherwise mentioned. Please be sure to pay your invoice within the designated time frame listed, to avoid losing your scheduled time slot.

Only payment secures your order, order confirmation and invoice will be provided when your payment is made in full
No payment= No order = No confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your pick-up. The date will be specified on your invoice. Payments at time of pick-up will NOT be taken. The total must be paid before the transaction is complete, no product will be given without final payment

Pick-up Policy
Your scheduled pick-up time is a set time. Before choosing a time slot, please make sure you are able and available to pick-up for that time.

Pick-up window has a grace period of 15 minutes from scheduled time slot. You are considered late after 15 minutes have passed your pick-up time.

A late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes you are late will apply. the max late fee would be $80 after 2 hours. Late fee will be invoiced and must be paid before receiving items.

If you choose not to pay late fee after 2 hours your order will be forfeited along with monies paid and put up for sale on our business page.

Traveling
When picking your order, please be careful with transport. Collections are at your own risk and discretion. To maximize safe transport of your order.

Place box on a secure flat surface like a boot well of the car or a flat trunk space with non-stop grip for better travel.

Do not hold box on a lap or on a seat as it can cause your order to be unlevel and this can lead to damages.

Keep box out of direct sunlight and heat. The sun and heat can fade and melt components of your order causing damages.

Please keep AC on in vehicle as you are traveling with your box.

If you are unable to pickup your order or have an emergency situation, please message us A.S.A.P. We may be able to accommodate or assist.

**If you know you need to change your pick-up time before the pick-up date please reach out, we can do so easily if the time slots are available.**
Cancellation/Changes/Postponement
Any cancellations or postponement must be made as soon as possible. Please notify us by phone or text when canceling an order, do not email! No refunds are given. The reschedule fee is $30, new deposits may be requested and deposit transfers may be available.

Order Quality
We take pride in our homemade pastries being of great quality, from thought put into the ingredient quality down to the packaging and attention to detail.

All of our orders are made fresh to order. We do not store batches of anything or make anything more than a day in advance.

When picking up your order, please verify that it is to your liking. Once it leaves our hands, we are NOT LIABLE for any damages or discrepancies.

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know immediately so we can investigate what happened and we can remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

Per our policy we do not refund for many reasons, but if we find something that we deem was our negligence we may offer a refund at our discretion. -

We reserve the right to not copy any pastry inspiration photos identically. We are not liable for ingestion of anything inedible.

We are not an allergy-free kitchen, nor do we offer any allergy-free options. Please reach out to us regarding any ingredient questions or concerns.
